Wilson College invites nominations and applications for its next Vice President for Institutional Advancement. The College seeks an energetic and experienced professional, who will work with President Wesley Fugate to enhance the resources to respond to changing student needs and create a vision for a sustainable future.

The previous decade has been a significant time of change and profound transformation for Wilson. Enrollment has more than doubled with the decision to become coeducational in 2013 and the addition of graduate and online degree programs. The College is poised for the future. The arrival in January of new President Wesley Fugate has begun a new era of creativity and enthusiasm for a community committed to the success of the institution and its students.

The new Vice President of Institutional Advancement will bring a record of impressive fundraising at a complex institution or organization. The successful candidate will demonstrate strengths in staff development and effective partnership with senior leadership to advance institutional engagement and innovation. Personal characteristics should include integrity, creativity, energy, perseverance, and empathy.
