Network Engineer

Indiana State University has an immediate opening for a qualified Network Engineer to serve in the Office of Information Technology. We are seeking candidates with experience directly supporting enterprise class Cisco networks. Preference will be given to candidates with experience with Cisco IOS / NX-OS and related network analysis / management tools as well as working knowledge of wired and wireless deployments. Applicant will be part of a three person team supporting the entire wired and wireless network infrastructure.

Required Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, computer science, management information systems, or equivalent. 3-4 years of experience. Must possess a valid driver's license, professional certification preferred.
