Senior Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management & Student Success

Enrollment Management

Provides strategic, visionary and overarching leadership to the enrollment and student success functions of the University; works with the directors to offer leadership for the offices of admissions and financial aid; partnering with the offices of undergraduate studies and student affairs, provides leadership for student success and retention initiatives; leads institution-wide collaboration and communication designed to achieve university strategic enrollment goals, including recruitment, retention, persistence, and graduation; leads relevant committees related to recruitment, retention and data; serves on relevant leadership teams as assigned; and acts as the Director of Community College Relations.

Master’s degree plus at least five years of experience in leading student recruitment, engagement, and success programs required. Experience supervising admissions, financial aid, and/or student success and engagement programs; demonstrated leadership in new student programming and in developing and implementing strategic plans and assessment programs; and commitment to diversity and inclusion required. Doctorate and experience leading diversity initiatives that close retention and graduation gaps preferred.
