Associate Registrar

Reporting to the Registrar, the Associate Registrar will direct, manage, and lead the transfer services, student services, academic services, and graduation and records services areas within the UW-Milwaukee Registrar’s Office. Act as the Registrar’s Office designee on matters pertaining to the areas of supervision, including, but not limited to, the awarding of transfer credit, student enrollment and fee assessment, records management and distribution, graduation processing, transcript processing, verification processing, and curricular processing. Areas of focus include leadership and management of assistant directors in the respective service areas, management of area budget, ensuring efficient and effective service to students and other stakeholders, timely processing of requests, adhering to proper records management, and collaboration with other staff and units in relation to transfer student services, verification processes, graduation processing, curriculum management, and customer service. Serve as an active and engaged member of the Registrar’s Office leadership team, as well as participate in other committees and organizations as appropriate.  Serve as the back-up to the Registrar, as needed.
