The University of Toledo invites applications and nominations for the position of dean, College of Health and Human Services (CHHS). The dean serves as the chief academic and administrative officer for the college and has a direct reporting line to the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs. The Dean provides a clear vision for the college in keeping with accreditation and university standards.

The University of Toledo (UT) is a public research university located in Toledo, Ohio, United States, and is classified by the Carnegie Foundation as Doctoral Universities: Higher Research Activity. Founded in 1872 in downtown Toledo as the Toledo University of Arts and Trades, the University became a member of the state university system in 1967. UT is comprised of 13 colleges (Arts and Letters, Business and Innovation, Education, Engineering, Graduate Studies, Health and Human Services, Honors, Law, Medicine and Life Sciences, Natural Sciences and Mathematics, Nursing, Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, and University College). Prospective candidates should possess the scholarship, leadership, management, and fundraising ability necessary to perform the functions of the chief executive officer and chief academic officer at the University of Toledo’s College of Health and Human Services.
