Senior Regional Director of Enrollment Management

Regional Students Services:  Senior Regional Director of Enrollment Management to provide leadership and direction in strategic enrollment management for regional campuses; execute strategic enrollment management planning; serve as executive leader in the administration of regional enrollment offices; lead teams to achieve optimum enrollment, retention and competition goals. 

As Chief Enrollment Management Officer, create, execute and administer a strategic enrollment management plan to achieve optimum enrollment and completion goals. Administer and direct regional offices of Admission, Data Analysis, Enrollment Communication, Enrollment Operations & One Stop Services, Financial Aid, Strategic Enrollment Initiatives, and Veteran Services; supervise department administrators. Develop, execute and evaluate enrollment and student success strategies, programs, policies, services, and resource management meeting best practices, demand, and government policy. Analyze enrollment and success data; calculate and evaluate enrollment targets; execute enrollment forecasting, predictive modeling, enrollment monitoring and distribution. Lead key stakeholders in enrollment, student success, and supporting offices in the execution and evaluation of enrollment management strategies. Lead progressive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve regional enrollment and success objectives, initiating partnerships, and participating in administrative external relation efforts. Serve in an administrative capacity on various committees and councils including the Regional Dean's Executive Council; act as Regional liaison with the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Success.

Require:  Master's degree; more than 8 years of experience; enrollment management knowledge; leadership experience; knowledge of student success best practices, trends and regulations; strategic planning and data-driven decision-making skills; understanding of related technology.  The position is not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.
