The Chief Marketing and Enrollment Officer is a newly created role that combines responsibilities for the University’s Communications, Marketing Admissions, Recruitment and Financial Aid and Scholarships departments. The CMEO serves as a member of the Chancellor’s senior leadership team and is responsible for providing leadership, oversight and approval of the University’s marketing, branding, communications, financial aid and enrollment/recruitment efforts.  The CMEO is responsible for the strategic development and execution of marketing and branding campaigns for the University and for developing and implementing a comprehensive enrollment management plan for all three campuses. The CMEO leads proactive and reactive communications and marketing strategies to promote understanding of and advocacy for the University.

Qualifications: (See Profile for complete listing.) Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or related field, an advanced degree is preferred and ideally eight years of progressively responsible marketing/communications/administrative leadership experience; demonstrated leadership and strategic planning in marketing and market research, strong verbal communication skills and ability to speak on behalf of the institution; strong work ethic and ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials as required and ability to effectively work with a diverse range of individuals and as part of a team.

Compensation/Expected Start Date: Compensation is competitive and based upon qualifications and experience.  Earliest Starting date is February 1, 2020.
