Assistant or Associate Professor - Supply Chain Management

The College of Business at Colorado State University invites inquiries, nominations and applications for a tenure/tenure track position in Supply Chain Management. This is tenure/tenure track position reports directly to the Department Chair in the Department of Management at the College of Business. The start date for a Fall 2020 appointment is August 16th, 2020. Salary and benefits are competitive.

Our undergraduate supply chain program was established several years ago and has recently achieved a 96% placement rate within 90 days of graduation, a 100% offer rate, and grown in both the number of students and as a percentage of total College of Business majors each semester. The program consistently places in the top 5 in student case competitions, and last year ranked #17 for faculty empirical research productivity. Our Supply Chain Forum has strong community engagement to, and support from, local businesses.

The Department of Management is one of five departments in the College of Business. The department has a strong record of teaching and research accomplishments as well as a collegial work environment. There are three primary areas in the department including supply chain management, human resource management/organizational behavior, and entrepreneurship/strategy. The Department currently has 17 tenured/tenure track faculty members and serves approximately 2,400 undergraduate business majors, 1,300 undergraduate business minors, and 1,000 MBA students.
