Dean of Monfort College of Business

The University of Northern Colorado (UNC), a Carnegie-classified doctoral/research institution, invites applications and nominations for dean of the Monfort College of Business. The dean will be an innovative academic leader with the proven leadership and administrative skills that will help continue a long history of excellence within the college and the university.

The Monfort College of Business (MCB) is accredited by AACSB International in both business administration and accounting. It is the first and only business program to receive the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award from the Office of the President of the United States (2004).

The ideal candidate will be a creative, inspiring and energetic leader who can advance the MCB's mission; a skilled administrator who values collaborative governance and student-centeredness; and a visionary who is able to leverage opportunities. The next dean will have experience in academic department leadership, personnel management, enrollment management, data-driven resource allocation models, faculty development, academic program planning, external constituent stewardship and external funding generation.
