Job Description:
Description of Duties:

Work with the Leading Information-Sharing Networks, Knowledge Management and Dissemination (LINKD) Division on construction and implementation of strategies and projects related to the National Child Welfare Workforce Institute (NCWWI). 

With input and guidance from the LINKD director and collaborating partners, the primary function of this position is the coordination of a national education campaign and support for the National Advisory Board. Activities include the development, packaging and dissemination of child welfare workforce resources and tools via webinars, learning exchanges, social media channels and other dissemination outlets; and engagement with the NCWWI Advisory Board in supporting the design and implementation of the campaign to educate the public about the importance of the child welfare workforce. 

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from a college or university accredited by a USDOE, or an internationally recognized accrediting organization with a minimum of 2 years working in a team environment navigating multiple priorities and processes with diverse participants.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to support the development and implementation of action-oriented logic models, research-supported dissemination plans, meaningful peer communities and effective knowledge education, management, and dissemination structures.
  • Proficient in the use and exploration of technology including project management software, webinar and video conferencing tools, and social media channels.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including significant experience formatting, editing, and creating aesthetic visual presentations using PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to work independently with support and supervision.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for required program support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work from a college or university accredited by a USDOE, or an internationally recognized accrediting organization or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and skills working with persons from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Understanding of human services or child welfare systems.
  • Experience as a project coordinator.

Salary Range:  High $50's
