VERTEBRATE ECOPHYSIOLOGIST

The Integrative Biology Department at Oregon State University seeks candidates for a full-time, 9-month tenure-track Assistant Professor appointment in VERTEBRATE ECOPHYSIOLOGY, to begin September 2019. We seek applicants with the ability to develop an active grant-supported research program who use integrative, innovative approaches to determine the physiological mechanisms that underpin natural history and shape biotic responses to global change. Applications from candidates with a research focus on tetrapods are especially encouraged. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant postdoctoral (or professional) experience, a demonstrated ability to initiate and complete original research projects, and to teach and mentor effectively at the undergraduate and graduate level.
