The University of Providence, a private, Catholic liberal arts institution in Great Falls, Montana is accepting nominations and applications for the position of Executive Vice President / Chief Operating Officer (EVP/COO). Reporting to the President, the EVP/COO is accountable for advancing the strategy and administrative operations of the University, and as such develops and implements a financial and operational infrastructure that is consistent with the mission and strategic plans of the University.

 

In July 2017, joining the School of Liberal Arts and Sciences with the School of Health Professions, the University and Providence St. Joseph Health (PSJH) announced a deepened partnership and vision for the future, resulting in a new university name and emphasis on one university with two schools. PSJH has provided a strong financial investment in the future growth of the University of Providence.  The selected candidate will have a graduate degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field; a minimum of ten years of senior leadership experience (higher education background preferred but not required); demonstrated operational and financial leadership; and oversight experience of administrative services.
