Summary of Position

The University of North Carolina Wilmington continues to hire faculty for multiple interdisciplinary clusters to strengthen its academic offerings and research mission in coastal and marine sciences. The goal of these efforts is to bring together a core group of faculty who work across traditional curricular and research boundaries to strengthen UNCW’s established excellence in coastal and marine sciences. In support of this effort, we seek a faculty member in the area of Marine Geology to begin in August 2019. This hire will join more than 70 current coastal and marine science affiliated faculty at UNCW.
