LECTURER - PSYCHOLOGY

The Department of Psychology at Rider University seeks applicants for a 3-year non-tenure-track Lecturer position renewable, based on peer-review of teaching and value, for an additional 3-year period for a maximum of 6 years.    Candidates must hold a graduate degree in Psychology.  Ph.D. or ABD is preferred.  College teaching experience is required.  Major teaching responsibilities may include courses in clinical psychology, health psychology, organizational psychology and biopsychology.      

 

The teaching workload is 8 sections per academic year.  The primary responsibilities of the Lecturer are teaching, advising students primarily in their courses of instruction and service to the Psychology Department, although he/she may also provide service to the College and the University.
