Vice President for Enrollment Management

Dr. Kevin Quinn became Aquinas College’s eighth president in 2017. In partnership with the board of trustees, senior administration, and greater College community, President Quinn is realizing an ambitious vision for the institution. The vice president for enrollment management is a critical position charged with extending the College’s reach and achieving success in consistently recruiting, admitting, enrolling, and retaining a talented and diverse student population.

The College is seeking a dynamic enrollment professional with a proven record of success who will provide the leadership and direction for all enrollment at the institution. The new vice president will lead admissions efforts for undergraduate, graduate, continuing, transfer, and international students; guide a forward-thinking, strategic financial aid function; and serve as a key institutional leader for student success and retention initiatives. Reporting to the president and serving as a vital member of a strong, progressive, and dedicated senior team, the vice president will develop, create, and enact an enrollment management plan that is grounded in best practices and the strategic use of data to understand, enhance, and communicate the College’s distinctive strengths and possibilities.

The successful candidate will be familiar with all the areas reporting to this post, have a proven record of success in admissions, and possess an understanding of sophisticated financial aid leveraging strategies. She or he will be an innovative, talented, results-oriented, and highly analytic enrollment leader with strong communication skills and the ability to focus and lead an organization to set and achieve strategic outcomes. The vice president will be an inclusive leader with the ability to make connections across the College as she or he furthers a growing enrollment culture. The vice president will display an understanding of and commitment to the mission of the College grounded in the Catholic Dominican tradition. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
