  What YOU Will Do…
  You will maintain application access, security, configuration, and support to ensure data integrity for internal business systems to include, but not limited to, Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence/Bitbucket). Responsibilities include: Advise users on process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectiveness for all Atlassian products and tools; evaluate the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs; install, maintain, optimize, and configure all Atlassian products; maintain the testing/sandbox/POC environment; assist with project requirement elicitation, analysis, and deployment planning; assist with provision of JIRA work-flows and projects; perform trouble-shooting and ad hoc refinements for the toolset; maintain user accounts, roles, and permissions; facilitate license management tasks for both annual renewals and licensing upgrade requests; and install, integrate, and maintain third party software/plug-ins introduced into the relevant ecosystem.
  
  What YOU Need to be Successful…
  Education: Typically requires an Associate's degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred for level 2) in Management Information Systems, Information Science and Technology, or Computer Science is desired.
  
  Required experience/skills:
• One year of experience in the administration, configuration, and support of Atlassian products, which may include some or all of the following:
• JIRA software, add-ons, associated plug-ins and extensions
• Project setups, epics, and/or components
• JIRA reporting and report Filters
• JIRA labels
• JIRA projects role, access, and/or administration
• Confluence
• Bamboo, Stash/Bitbucket, Fisheye + Crucible, and/or JIRA Service Desk
