Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Theoretical Physics

 

The Laboratory of Atomic and Solid State Physics (LASSP) at Cornell University invites applications for a tenure-track appointment at the Assistant Professor level in theoretical hard condensed matter physics, to begin July 1, 2019. Candidates must hold a Doctorate in an appropriate field, must have demonstrated an ability to conduct outstanding research, and must show promise for excellent teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate level.

The research statement should concisely summarize previous research accomplishments, future research goals, anticipated funding opportunities, and desired research group structure.
