Assistant/Associate Professor - Tenure Track

Section I: Scope

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Manhattan College seeks an Assistant/Associate Professor for a tenure-track appointment, beginning Fall 2018.

Section II: Responsibilities

The successful candidate is expected to teach at the undergraduate and graduate level, to conduct scholarly work/research, and to contribute to service activities in the Department. The Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering programs within the department are accredited by EAC of ABET, Inc.

Reports to: Department Chair of Electrical and Computer Engineering

Section III: Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D. degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field with the appropriate background. Qualified individuals with relevant experience and/or education in the areas of Embedded Systems, Devices, Instrumentation, Robotics, Cloud Computing, Computer Vision, Cybersecurity Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Sensor Networks, Mobile Wireless Systems and Biomedical Engineering are encouraged to apply.
