Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing

Carroll College seeks a highly collaborative and engaging strategist with a track record of success leading teams and growing enrollments to serve as its Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing. S/he will provide vision and leadership for both the Marketing and Enrollment Management divisions by employing a data-informed yet holistic approach to marketing Carroll and leading the student recruitment enterprise. In this newly created position, the Vice President will benefit greatly from the College's engaged faculty, staff and students.

The Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing will be a collaborative and imaginative leader with demonstrated experience meeting enrollment goals and marketing savvy. Reporting directly to President-Elect John Cech, the Vice President will oversee a staff of seventeen enrollment management and marketing professionals. The ideal candidate will be a data-informed decision maker, possess an advanced degree, and bring a consistent record of building and leading high-performing teams.
