Point Park University invites nominations and expressions of interest for the position of Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM).

 

Point Park is located in the heart of Downtown Pittsburgh and offers an innovative array of graduate, undergraduate, on online academic programs. The urban setting of Point Park provides rich opportunities for experiential learning and community engagement, as the University pursues its mission of preparing “students of diverse backgrounds with the knowledge, skills and experience to lead meaningful lives as informed citizens and successful professionals.”

 

The new Vice President will serve as a member of the senior executive team and will be looked to as the University’s chief strategist for building enrollment and increasing retention and graduation rates across the campus. The VPEM will have opportunity to work closely with the Provost, Vice President for Student Affairs, Deans, and program leaders to shape and steward the University’s educational programs. The position offers a distinctive opportunity to lead in a rich urban setting, at a university that is remarkably diverse and nimble, and as a member of a high-energy, and service-oriented administration led by President Don Green

 

The successful candidate for the Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM) position will be an experienced executive with a deep commitment to the mission of Point Park University, a passion for student success, a broad knowledge of higher education, and experience in marketing and sales and recruitment. Experience working with both online and face-to-face students, graduates and undergraduates, knowledge of financial aid, and/or advising and registration are preferred. Other selection criteria will include experience in strategic enrollment planning, a collaborative and relational leadership style, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
