Admission Representative

As an admission representative, you will reach out to prospective students and their families via phone calls, emails, and texts, as well as Live Agent shifts and virtual information sessions. You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment duties on campus, such as conducting daily admission tours, coordination of applicant meetings with assigned Admission Advisers, while conducting admission meetings with all prospective students and encouraging their application submission. You will primarily work on admission recruitment as a whole, but may also assist with admission staffing coverages for events like pre-college programs, domestic and global recruitment travel, and other admission-related initiatives as needed.

The successful candidate is a stellar written and verbal communicator with equally exceptional interpersonal skills. Advanced customer-relations experience is essential, as the ability to deliver dazzling presentations to large audiences.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Knowledge of SCAD, its programs, and offerings is preferred
  • Ability to work outside office hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Ability to travel domestically and globally as needed
  • Strong presentation skills for large audiences


Certificates, licenses, and registrations: Valid driver's license

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
