This is a remarkable personal and professional opportunity.  Eastern Oregon University – Oregon’s Rural University – is committed to lead, encourage, and support its students and employees in achieving diversity excellence that enriches and broadens their own lives and the lives of others worldwide.  EOU seeks a sincere professional and relational leader possessing integrity and compassion, vitality and energy, to model, foster, and inspire an even stronger culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging that is valued, respected, and embraced. The AVP DEIB, the University’s first, will extend EOU’s nearly 100 year history of serving underrepresented and nontraditional students from an array of cultures and backgrounds.
EOU is a great community of dedicated individuals who are mutually supportive, interested, active, and competent in progressively achieving our Ascent 2029 institutional goals.
