Job Description Summary
The part time temporary research assistant will participate in projects involving the study of learner self-regulation and affect
in the use of interactive learning environments. The temporary research assistant will conduct qualitative coding of
learner data, assist in scientific literature review, and participate in the preparation and formatting of documents for
scientific publication. Required skills include qualitative coding, scientific literature review in education, psychology,
or related areas, and familiarity with the types of submission guidelines used in journals and conferences in education
and psychology, such as the APA guidelines. The ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or related
tools is also a requirement.
