Montana State University invites nominations and applications for the position of Dean of the College of Nursing. The next Dean will have an extraordinary opportunity to elevate the College as a premier provider of nursing education and nursing scholarship. The Dean will lead a College that offers student-centered educational programs at the baccalaureate, master’s, and clinical doctorate levels. The Dean oversees a statewide system of programs that provide opportunities and guidance for students to develop their scholarly potential and master the knowledge and skills necessary to provide competent nursing care and influence positive change in complex health care systems.
Founded in 1893 as Montana’s land-grant institution, Montana State University has established a national and international reputation for excellence in undergraduate and graduate education in the liberal arts and sciences, agriculture, architecture, education, engineering, health and human development, and nursing. Routinely listed by U.S. News & World Report as one of America’s best buys for undergraduate education, it is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities.
