ATTENTION:
The College of Business and Economics, Department of Marketing seeks an individual to fill a full-time Lecturer position starting in August, 2017.

JOB DETAILS:
Academic staff working nine month position reporting to the Department Chair.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Per AACSB guidelines, an MBA or master's degree in related field is required. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of business experience, with demonstrated expertise in strategic and digital marketing, marketing research, and sales. Previous higher-education teaching experience is desired, including working with student organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate is expected to teach four sections per semester. Possible course preparations include: Principles of Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Marketing Research, Digital Marketing, Principles of Selling, Sales Management, and Advanced Sales. Additional duties include: attendance at department/College meetings, committee work as assigned by the department, working with student organizations, and/or working with students to prepare for internal or external competitions.

DEPARTMENT INFORMATION:
One of seven departments in the College of Business and Economics with 840 students enrolled in the marketing major/minor/emphases offered.
