Associate Dean of Full-Time Programs

The Simon Business School is seeking a highly qualified full-time Associate Dean of Full-Time Programs for our Rochester-based full-time MBA and Master’s programs starting in the 2017-18 academic year. 

The Simon Business School has a full-time MBA program and four full-time Master’s programs, including MS Accountancy, MS Business Analytics, MS Finance, and MS Marketing Analytics with total enrollment of approximately 600 students. The Simon Business School is currently ranked among the leading graduate business schools in the world in rankings published by the popular press, including Bloomberg Businessweek (30th), U.S. News & World Report, and the Financial Times. The Financial Times recently rated the School No. 9 in the world for finance. More information about Simon Business School is available at www.simon.rochester.edu. 

The Associate Dean of FT Programs will also hold a faculty position and is expected to teach in the MBA or Master’s programs. Qualifications include Doctoral degree (preferred); Master's degree (required) in business, management, or a related field. The incumbent will report to the Dean of the Simon School. Management and supervisory experience; exemplary interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; and relevant teaching experience required.
