The Division of Nephrology in the Department of Internal Medicine University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine is seeking a full-time faculty member as an Associate (non-track), Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor on the clinical track with a clinical focus in general nephrology and dialysis. Candidates must have an MD degree or equivalent and have completion of an ACGME-accredited Residency Program. In addition, completion of a Nephrology Fellowship from an accredited fellowship program is required. Applicants will have American Board of Internal Medicine Board Certification, Internal Medicine and American Board of Internal Medicine Board Certification, Nephrology (Board-eligibility for recent trainee graduate.) The successful candidate will participate in the patient care and teaching missions of UI Healthcare. Clinical research and scholarship activities are encouraged but not essential. Rank will be commensurate with academic records and experience. Compensation includes University-approved base salary and generous productivity-based bonus.
